    I recently placed an order with Pump online for the Shock Wave Jogger, Blue Steel Jogger and some of the Neon Fuel Boxers. I ordered size Medium in error when I should have ordered size Large. Placing the order was so easy and I received it in 2 days, very quick and accurate.
    When I realized I ordered the wrong size, I contacted Pump customer service by email to see what could be done to resolve this issue since I had not worn the underwear and they were all still in their original packaging. I received a reply very quickly to advise Pump was happy to help resolve the issue and what steps to take to send back the unused merchandise to be exchanged for the correct size. I followed the very simple instructions and shipped the items back to Pump.
    Within a few days, I received an email from the Pump service team to advise they received my returned shipment of size Medium items and that they have now shipped out a new order of size Large items. The order arrived in less than 2 days and was accurate.
    I am so happy with the Shock Wave Jogger boxers as the colours are vibrant, the fit is amazing and they are so sexy! These and the Blue Steel Jogger as well as the Neon Fuel Boxers are of exceptional quality materials and have exceeded my expectations as a new Pump customer.
    My satisfaction with the products as well as the superior customer service provided by Yann Pilon has me boasting about Pump Underwear and pumpunderwear.com. I’ve already placed a second order with Pump for other items and have also referred several of my friends to the site where they have been placing orders.

    All right. Here is the skinny on the Shock Wave Jogger. These underwear don’t feel like underwear at all. They feel more like shorts. And, of course, that is due to the front pockets. Regular underwear don’t have that unique feature. And that is what is so cool about them. They are unlike any underwear I have ever worn. When I wear other underwear, they are very moist after my workout. But with these, I feel fresh and airy, which is due to the green and blue mesh material. Classic. Plus, I was nervous about getting the large because I’m a size 34-inch waist. But they run small. So they fit snugly and offer comfortable support. And, of course, it goes without saying that I look like Dr. McSteamy with these on.
